The United Nations Food and
Agricultural Organization maintains two databases that provide world wide information on food and
agriculture and can be searched for data and resources on
Madagascar:
AGRIS is the international information system for the agricultural
sciences and technology. The system identifies worldwide literature
(both conventional and non-conventional; the so-called "grey"
literature), dealing with all aspects of agriculture.
CARIS is the Current Agricultural Research Information System,
which identifies projects dealing with information on agriculture. The
basic unit in CARIS is a set of data describing all the components of
each single project. |
